LJC uses the latest software from Agtek and Trimble to perform quantity take offs for bid quantification and project planning. This software is also used to create in house 3D models for trimble GPS assisted equipment. These GPS systems use satellite positioning to automatically control the ground engaging components of GPS assisted machinery, increasing both speed and accuracy. After years of major investment, LJC currently owns and operates several Trimble GPS base stations to control all company owned dozers and motorgraders and many scrapers as well.
